Tuxedosam. This is a loose chunky glitter eyeshadow. Comes in a 15ml jar. To apply this just use a glitter primer or glitter glue (not included) and apply that to your eyelid. Then press the loose glitter onto the eyelid. That's it! You will have beautiful SPARKLY EYELIDS!!! Can be used as hair and body glitter as well. This is a BEAUTIFUL blue glitter.
