This delicate diamond shaped Larimar cabochon is set in a smooth sterling silver bezel giving it a modern look and feel.  Larimar is found only in the Dominican Republic where it was thought to be from the Lost City of Atlantis. It actually comes from a volcanic deposit on the island. Through the years, it has been called Atlantis Stone, Dolphin Stone and Larimar although it is actually Pectolite. The soft blue color looks like the waters of the Caribbean Sea.
