DIRECTIONS
- Define your eyebrows using the angled side of the brow pencil
- Feather a soft line along the upper and lower edges of your natural eyebrow shape
- Use the flat side of the brow pencil to fill, working in short, feathery strokes and moving in the direction of your natural hair growth
- Comb through with the spoolie brush end to blend the color
