The Kiss Me Heavy Rotation Coloring Eyebrow gel is a pigmented, strong-hold eyebrow gel from Japanese beauty brand Isehan. Resistant to sweat, sebum and water this coloured eyebrow gel will keep brow hairs firmly in place while filling out sparse areas.

Due to its highly pigmented formula, the Heavy Rotation Coloring Eyebrow can be used to lighten or darken the appearance of brows without the need for bleach or dye - just choose a shade that matches your natural - or freshly dyed - hair colour.

HOW TO

Apply directly onto brows using the applicator provided. Use alone or as the last step in your eyebrow routine, after powder or pencil. Remove using hot water or a cleanser.
