HOW TO USE

Use alone or after using PYT Beauty Brow Goals Pencil. Apply in short strokes in the direction of hair. For extra hold, allow to dry and apply an extra coat. To use as a mascara primer apply to bare lashes and wait 30 seconds prior to applying mascara.
