The Rapid Eyebrow Pencil
Description
- With a small triangular pen tip, one stroke will outline the different lines and fibers of the eyebrows for each eyebrow stroke to be naturally clear
- The texture is soft and moderately hard, the pen nib creates smooth strokes with clear color, the color is even and does not wash off easily
How To Use
- Use a spiral comb to gently brush in the direction of the eyebrows
- Fill in the gaps between the eyebrows and outline the eyebrow shape
- Then use an eyebrow brush to gently spread the eyebrows and adjust the eyebrow shape to make the eyebrow makeup more natural and smooth
